PrepTalk uses a flexible rubric system to score candidates. You can tailor this to your specific needs.

1. Navigate to Templates > Select Template.
2. Click on the "Scoring" tab.

Customizing Criteria

You can adjust the weight of different evaluation pillars:

• Technical Accuracy (40%): Correctness of code/answers.
• Communication (30%): Clarity and articulation.
• Problem Solving (20%): Approach and logic.
• Cultural Fit (10%): Alignment with company values.

Adding Custom Parameters

You can add specific behavioral constraints, such as:

"Candidate must mention 'Safety First' in their responses."

Click Save Rubric to apply these rules to all future interviews using this template.
