For Interview Candidates:
- Name and email address
- Interview audio (processed, not stored as raw video)
- Interview transcripts and responses
- AI-generated scores and assessments
For Organization Admins:
- Organization profile (name, address, phone, logo)
- Billing and subscription information
- Student roster and enrollment records
- Usage analytics (test/coaching consumption)
For Students (Learning Platform):
- Name, email, and organization affiliation
- Preferred language selection for AI content
- Learning progress, module completion, quiz scores
- Coaching session transcripts and AI feedback
- Test attempt results and performance analytics
- Streak data and engagement metrics
2. Consent and Legal Basis
We process personal data based on:
- Explicit Consent: Candidates must consent before interviews begin
- Contractual Necessity: To provide services to employers
- Legitimate Interest: For service improvement and security
- Legal Obligation: To comply with applicable laws
3. How We Use Your Data
- Conduct AI-powered interviews
- Generate transcripts and scoring reports
- Improve our AI models (anonymized data only)

4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures:
- AES-256 encryption for data at rest
- TLS 1.3 for data in transit
- India data residency (AWS Mumbai region)
- Role-based access controls
- Regular security audits
- No raw video storage by design
5. Data Sharing
We share data only with:
- Service Providers: Deepgram (transcription), Azure (voice), OpenAI (scoring)
- Employers: Interview reports shared with the hiring organization
- Legal Requirements: When required by law or legal process
We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties.
6. Your Rights (DPDP)
Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of your personal data
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
- Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data
- Portability: Receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent at any time
7. Data Retention
We retain interview data for the duration specified by the employer, with a maximum of 2 years. Candidates can request immediate deletion of their data at any time. Account data is retained for 30 days after account closure.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Analytics cookies are only used with your consent. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.
9. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not intended for individuals under 18. Non-verbal analysis features require adult confirmation. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
