Age Verification
Non-verbal analysis features require adult confirmation (18+). Parental consent flows for younger candidates where permitted.
Right to Erasure
One-click data deletion workflows. Candidates can request complete removal of their data at any time.
Data Minimization
Raw video is never stored. Only processed transcripts and aggregated metrics are retained for scoring.

AES-256 encryption for stored data. TLS 1.3 for all data in transit. Zero-knowledge architecture where possible.

Organization Data Isolation
Each organization's data is fully siloed. Org admins can only access their own students. Super admins have audit-level visibility without modifying student data.
Student Learning Privacy
Student language preferences and progress are stored per-organization. Quiz scores and coaching transcripts are never shared across organizations. Aggregated analytics only for platform improvement.
