Tutorial: Your First Interview

In this text-based tutorial, we will create a "Senior Frontend Engineer" interview template and invite a candidate.

Step 1: Create a Job Role

1. Go to the Dashboard.
2. Click "New Position".
3. Enter "Senior Frontend Engineer".
4. Add skills: "React", "TypeScript", "System Design".

Step 2: Configure Questions

PrepTalk can auto-generate questions, or you can add your own.

1. Select "Auto-Generate" to get 5 suggested questions.
2. Review them. Example: "Explain the Virtual DOM in React."
3. Click Save.

Step 3: Invite Candidate

1. Click "Invite Candidates".
2. Enter email: candidate@example.com.
3. Set expiry: 48 hours.
4. Send Invite.

The candidate will receive a unique link to start their AI-driven interview.
